Sydney: Therapy Session Today
Items/Activities Sydney and Therapist agreed she would focus on over the summer in order to stay busy and calm. No one category (ie friends) should take priority over others. Not to be used as an excuse to get around rules. We downloaded Spotify to her iphone as per therapist, to be used via t-mobile data plan (unrestricted) only, not wifi.
